Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled or rescheduled for the next day before 9:00 PM. After this time, cancellations will not be accepted as preparation for the following day’s meals will already be underway.

Refund Policy
Quality Issues: If your order does not meet our quality standards, please notify us immediately. Depending on the situation, we may issue a replacement or a refund. We may request photographic evidence or a return of the order for verification purposes.
Non-Delivery: In the rare case that your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe and cannot be located, you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement order, as per your preference.
Order Errors: If there is an error with your order (e.g., missing or incorrect items), please inform us right away. We will correct the mistake and may offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 business days. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Online payments (credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, etc.) will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cash on delivery (COD) payments will be refunded via a mutually agreed method.
