Delivery Timeline

The cut-off time for placing lunch orders is 10:00 PM on the previous day. Orders placed after this time will not be processed for the following day’s delivery.

Refund Policy

We provide refunds under the following circumstances:

Food Quality Issues:

If the food delivered does not meet our quality standards or is deemed unfit for consumption, please contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we will either replace the meal or issue a refund. Photographic or video evidence may be required.

Non-Delivery:

If we are unable to deliver your order on time due to unavoidable issues (e.g., disruptions, natural disasters), we will initiate the refund process as soon as you contact us.

Incorrect Order:

If your order is missing items or contains incorrect items, please inform us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund as appropriate. Photographic or video evidence may be requested.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after contacting us.
Please note that in some cases, delays may occur due to payment gateway or bank processing times.

Return Policy

If the delivered food is of poor quality or unfit for consumption, we will either replace the food or issue a refund. The applicable resolution will depend on the situation, and photographic or video evidence may be requested.

After-Sales Service

Since our service is primarily focused on delivering office lunches, there is generally no requirement for after-sales service. However, in the event of any unexpected issues (such as incorrect orders, quality concerns, or refund matters), we will make every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible.
